I visited with a college group, and the location was AMAZING! it's so close to the klosterstrasse u-bahn station. Museum island is also walkable! the staff were helpful, especially with our diverse group. i really enjoyed the breakfast, there was such great variety and quality!
i did notice that the room lacked a refrigerator, also there was no complimentary water.

the room was clean and cleaned daily. the air conditioning system worked well. i found the shower facilities good (i especially liked the water pressure). the location is right next to the subway, which i really appreciated.
i noticed the hotel lacks refrigerators in the rooms. it would have been convenient to have a fridge for storing drinks and snacks. i hope this can be added in the future.
